Sour IPA with Galaxy hops, passion fruit, and milk sugar. The first entry in a new style for us, Astro Tart combines the complimentary flavors of Australian Galaxy hops and passion fruit. The fruit tartness enhances the sourness already in the beer, while milk sugar provides just enough sweetness to help take the edge off

Malt: Pilsner, Flaked Oats, Malted Oats, White Wheat, Carafoam

Hops: Galaxy

Yeast: House English Ale, Lactobacillis

ABV: 7.2%
