If you've been to our taproom in ST Charles, there's a good chance our guy Nick has poured you a beer. This is Nick's collaboration recipe with our brewers. Nick home-brewed a traditional German Hefe on our small system and the crew loved it, so we scaled it up and brewed 10 barrels of it! You'll taste notes of banana and a hint of clove, both flavors naturally derived from the classic Hefe yeast.
Malt: Pilsner, White Wheat Malt, Carafoam
Yeast: German Hefeweizen
