- Guajillo & Beer Braised Pork Belly Tostada with Guacamole , Serrano-Pineapple Slaw, Avocado Salsa, and Lime Crema
- Red Chile Braised Beef with Poblano Mashed Potatoes and Crispy Dessert Course
