J.A.M. Barleywine (2026) Bottle Release & Tapping

If ever there was an official Barleywine Season, it would be in the dead of winter. Here we find ourselves at the right place, right time for the release of J.A.M. Barleywine's 2026 edition.

Named for John Andrew (Andy) Marck, our co-founder who truly made our brewery possible, this bawdy brew celebrates his longstanding commitment to our hometown and community, St. Charles.

Three different barleywine batches went into this year's blend:
- Batch one spent three years in an Angels Envy bourbon cask
- Batch two spent two years in a Four Roses bourbon cask
- Batch three spent two years in a Willet Rye Whiskey cask

This particular blend truly piqued our curiosity, especially that third batch aged in rye-soaked wood. A subtle hint of spice makes its way through the blend, lending its unique note to the oak's song.

15% ABV. Available on tap starting at noon with .500ml bottles available to-go, no limit.

Party with us for the release that evening with live bluegrass by the Lucky Pickers at 6pm and food by Stix & Noodles at 5pm.
