Pulp Tart is our Berliner Weisse, a tart wheat ale that is light in alcohol but not in flavor. This style is crisp, lightly sour, and refreshing. Our Berliner is kettle soured with Lactobacillus and then fermented with our house ale yeast. While the base beer is a fine example of a Berliner, this series truly shines when we explore how various fruit flavors compliment the tart, refreshing style.
