Join us for our 2nd Annual Ruck to Remember in honor of those who sacrificed all for our freedom.

For the ruck march, you will wear a back pack, weighted if you choose, and march/walk along a designated route with family, friends, and our gym community! Route will be around 5 miles round trip!

All are welcome! Entry fee includes T-shirt (Adult Unisex Sizes Only) and a beer at Riverlands Brewing Co.(our sponsor) after the event. Please bring a filled water bottle or other beverage with you for the ruck march.

We will begin and end at Riverlands Brewing Co. Meet up at 9:30, start march at 10. Restrooms will be available. Upon return to the brewery in St. Charles, you can turn in your drink ticket AND get food from their Hawaiian food truck, Da Local Boy (food not included in ticket price).

We are partnering with Warrior Songs, a non-profit organization which brings hope and healing to veterans through music and the creative arts. $5 of each entry fee will be donated to Warrior Songs. https://www.facebook.com/WarriorSongs
