NEW FOOD TRUCK ALERT: the Waffadilla food truck is here at last and coming to our St. Charles brewery this Saturday, 3/16!

Service starts around 11am during our St. Baldrick's headshaving fundraiser (open to the public, come support Pediatric Cancer Research with us!) and runs into the evening OR sellout, whichever happens first.

What the #$^& is a Waffadilla? Think of a mashup between quesadillas and waffles! Savory, sweet, and scrumptious, we can't wait to get our hands on these to try for ourselves.
