Memorial Sunday BBQ with Dave's Slow Food

Join us on Sunday, May 26, as we host our first Memorial Sunday BBQ with Dave's Slow-Food-Truck. If you're sticking around town, have family coming in, or just don't want to cook...this event is for you.

Service begins right at 12pm and goes until Dave runs out...as it should be. No tickets needed, just show up, grab a plate and a beer, and enjoy bbq the way it's meant to be. Nice and slow.

This month, Dave and company are celebrating 20 years of providing excellent BBQ in the tri-cities area. As the only authentic wood-smoked BBQ truck in the western suburbs, these folks know what they're doing, and they do it the old-fashioned way...slow, smoked, and above all, damn tasty.

NOTE: Food truck schedule subject to change. End time depends on how long the food lasts. While our taproom is family friendly, all children must remain seated with a parent or adult guardian at all times for their safety and the comfort of all of our guests.

Food Truck FAQ:

Q: Can I bring my small humans?
A: YES, we are family-friendly. But they must be supervised at all times.

Q: Can I bring by four-legged friends?
A: We wish you could, because we'd like to snuggle them. But sadly, no.

Q: We showed up at X:XXpm and the truck was gone! What gives?!
A: The truck will serve food until they run out or they decide to call it a night. That's their call as it's their business.

Q: Where the BLANK can I park?
A: Our commercial park is communal parking, so any spots that aren't marked otherwise are fair game. There's also a larger lot by the Tri-City Boxing Club. Please just be respectful...no littering, parking on the grass, blocking driveways/loading docks.

Q: What's a food truck?
A: Just kidding, you know how to Google.
